1) ELIGIBILITY
You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2) LICENSE TO USE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
3) USERNAME AND LEADERBOARDS
- You may choose an in-game username. Do not use usernames that are offensive, illegal, impersonate others, or violate rights.
- Scores and rankings may be displayed publicly in global leaderboards.
- We may remove, reset, or modify leaderboard entries at any time (e.g., cheating prevention, technical issues, maintenance).
4) FAIR PLAY / PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, use scripts/bots, or modify the app.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
- Interfere with servers, leaderboards, ads, or security systems.
- Use the app in a way that harms other players or violates any law.
5) ADS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The app may use third-party advertising and analytics services (such as Google AdMob on Android or equivalent services on iOS) and may display interstitial ads, including after gameplay sessions.
- Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region and device settings.
- We do not guarantee the availability, content, or frequency of ads.
- Ad providers may collect technical identifiers and usage data according to their own policies.
6) UPDATES, AVAILABILITY, AND CHANGES
We may update or change the app at any time, including adding/removing features. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.
7) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The app and all related content (graphics, code, audio, design, trademarks) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
8) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the app.
If liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months (if any). If you paid nothing, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
10) TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or leaderboards at any time if you violate these Terms or for security/maintenance reasons.
11) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.
